My Approach

I will not list properties unless I feel I can SELL them!  Simply put, I am in the Real Estate Industry because it is where I chose to earn my living.  I cannot do that by listing properties, only by selling them.  If I do my job helping you to determine the best way to market your property and to make sure you have it priced correctly then I won't worry about listing it.  That will take care of itself.

Although I cover the entire South Florida market, my areas of specialization are the Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods of Sailboat Bend, Riverside Park, Rio Vista, Croissant Park, Wilton Manors, Coral Ridge Isles, Victoria Park,  Flamingo Park, Riverland Village and Palm-Aire Village.
